Fulfilment Policy
Our services are delivered digitally. After purchase, you will receive an email within 15 minutes with your login or support session details. If you do not receive it, please contact us immediately.
Order Fulfilment
Our services are delivered digitally. After your purchase is successfully processed, you will receive access to your purchased services within 24 hours, unless otherwise specified.
If you do not receive access within this timeframe, please contact our support team at info@customer2go.com and we will investigate the issue promptly.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments or subscription services may be canceled up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may not be eligible for a full refund.
Subscriptions and recurring services can be cancelled at any time by the customer through their account dashboard or by contacting our support team.
Once a subscription is cancelled, no further payments will be charged. Access to subscription services will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Return Policy
Since we provide digital and on-demand support services, returns are not applicable. However, if the service was not delivered as promised, please contact us for resolution.
Refund Policy
Customers may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if the service has not yet been delivered or scheduled. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.
- Refunds apply only to first-time purchases. Renewals and recurring payments are non-refundable.
- Refunds will not be issued for services that have been fully delivered or consumed.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days after approval.
