Order Fulfilment

Our services are delivered digitally. After your purchase is successfully processed, you will receive access to your purchased services within 24 hours, unless otherwise specified.

If you do not receive access within this timeframe, please contact our support team at info@customer2go.com and we will investigate the issue promptly.

Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions and recurring services can be cancelled at any time by the customer through their account dashboard or by contacting our support team.

Once a subscription is cancelled, no further payments will be charged. Access to subscription services will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.
  • Refunds apply only to first-time purchases. Renewals and recurring payments are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will not be issued for services that have been fully delivered or consumed.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days after approval.
