At Customer2Go LLC, we strive to provide high-quality digital products and services to all our customers. Please take a moment to review our policies regarding order fulfilment, cancellations, and refunds.

Fulfilment Policy

All services provided by Customer2Go LLC are digital services.

Service access details (login credentials, activation information, or support session details) are delivered electronically within 15 minutes after successful payment.

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges that the service is delivered immediately after payment.

Our services are delivered digitally. After purchase, you will receive an email within 15 minutes with your login or support session details. If you do not receive it, please contact us immediately.

Order Fulfilment

Our services are delivered digitally. After your purchase is successfully processed, you will receive access to your purchased services within 24 hours, unless otherwise specified.

If you do not receive access within this timeframe, please contact our support team at info@customer2go.com and we will investigate the issue promptly.

Subscription Cancellation

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time.
Once cancelled:

  • No further charges will occur
  • Access remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • Already paid fees are non-refundable

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By completing a purchase, the customer:

  • Confirms immediate digital delivery within 15 minutes
  • Acknowledges that the service is non-refundable once delivered
  • Agrees to contact Customer2Go LLC before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in service termination, account suspension, and permanent access revocation.

Return Policy

Since we provide digital and on-demand support services, returns are not applicable. However, if the service was not delivered as promised, please contact us for resolution.

Refund Policy

Refunds are available only within 24 hours of payment and only if the service has NOT been delivered, accessed, activated, or scheduled.

Since digital services are delivered within 15 minutes, refunds are generally not applicable once delivery occurs.

After 24 hours from the time of payment, all sales are final and non-refundable, without exception.

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase
  • Refunds apply only to first-time purchases
  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days

No refunds for:

  • delivered, activated, accessed, or used services
  • scheduled appointments or completed support sessions
  • subscription renewals or recurring payments
